Team 1: The problem of psychological and educational counseling

  • Through the studies’ findings, the laboratory seeks to include psychological counseling as a basic unit to be taught in all disciplines of psychology and pedagogy;
  • Supporting field training that gives students counseling skills;
  • Exchanging training with foreign experts;
  • The establishment of a cell at the level of the laboratory as a unit of information to provide professionals and those interested in counseling with research resources and its developed tools, such as video tapes, through which Arab and international programmes’ experiences are displayed, as well as books and references. This unit will be supported with technical experts and supervisors for the design of counseling programmes.
  • Developing a training journal and electronic media messages on psychological counseling styles and techniques.
  • Reviewing the specific ministerial texts which regulate counseling work activities and giving it its real status in the educational and school environment.
  • Obtaining a comprehensive inventory of psychological problems by means of exploratory studies through dissertations and theses.
  • Providing appropriate educational and technical frameworks for the design and implementation of effective counseling programmes at each educational level (school, training center, pedagogical medical center or university).
  • Providing the necessary tools, equipment and instruments for the implementation of the counseling programmes.
  • Setting up professional selection criteria for counseling professionals.
  • Proposing a profile for psychologists in the field of psychological and educational counseling.
  • Suggesting a model of professional ethics in the field of counseling.
  • Establishing partnership with professional partners and the laboratory for psychological and educational applications and the field of training.
  • The selection of psychological tests and skill in using them, which facilitates the process of diagnosis and evaluation.
  • Creating a website to address the problems related to counseling.

Manifestation Scientifique

Les départements développent des relations d’échanges et de coordination avec les structures d’enseignement, de Recherche et de Développement impliquées ou intéressées par les problèmes environnementaux et l’agriculture dans les régions sahariennes. A cet effet, de nombreuses conventions sont signées, constituant ainsi un cadre organisé avec l’INRA, le CDTN[1], l’IFP[2] et l’ONM[3].

 En outre, des relations très étroites sont entretenues d’une façon permanente avec la profession représentée essentiellement par les agriculteurs, les inspections et directions de l’environnement, les structures technico-administratives et de développement relevant du Ministère de l’Agriculture (DSA, Subdivisions, Chambres d’Agriculture, CDARS, INPV, ITDAS,…), de la direction de wilaya de l’environnement et de la Sonatrach.

 Sur le plan international, et malgré une conjoncture défavorable, de nombreux échanges ont été établis avec des structures et organismes essentiellement par la participation des enseignants chercheurs à des manifestations scientifiques et les enseignements post-gradués.
